Narrative

An employee was threading paper on to a paper roll due to a paper break. While performing the threading procedure, the employee's left arm became stuck between the paper roll and the front winder drum. The employee suffered a fractured left humerus with damage to the upper muscular tissue and elbow arteries, requiring hospitalization.
