Narrative

The injured employee was standing on the driver's side of the trailer while another employee (customer's employee) was using a forklift to pick bundles of steel pipe off the passenger side of the trailer. A bundle fell and landed on the injured employee's right leg, breaking six bones in his right heel, foot, and leg. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
