Narrative

An employee was installing siding on a house's exterior wall while standing on an 8-foot A-frame ladder. He was attempting to step onto another 8-foot A-frame ladder when one of the ladders fell. He then fell 6 feet to the ground and hit his head on the ladder's leg. He was hospitalized with a laceration and fracture to the head.
