Narrative

Employees were standing on the median edge of an interstate lane's inside shoulder, removing traffic control barrels. They were behind the guardrail when a private vehicle lost control and struck another vehicle, which left the road and hit two employees. One employee was hospitalized with a broken leg, broken finger, and head laceration. The employee had surgery.
