Narrative

An employee was inside a truck trailer pulling a crate by hand using its banding straps when the straps broke. The employee fell approximately 4 feet backward off the trailer's lift gate onto the asphalt ground, sustaining a skull fracture, several broken ribs, brain bleeding and swelling, a fractured sternum, and a collapsed lung.
