Narrative

An employee was troubleshooting electrical fuses and relays on the driver's side of a skid steer when another employee rotated the bucket to actuate the hydraulics. The skid steer started moving and lurching, then knocked the employee over and ran over his ankle and foot, fracturing his right ankle and dislocating his right foot.
