Narrative

An employee was checking tags on rods and moving a rod clamp when a suitcase, which held the rods, slipped. The employee's left thumb/index and pinky fingers were caught and smashed between the clamp and bridle. The employee suffered amputations to half of the index finger and the pinky fingertip.
