Narrative

An employee was pushing a cart with housekeeping tools and products down a hospital hallway. She was passing by the access to a construction area when a construction worker exited it through a zippered plastic barrier. The employee was then exposed to dust that escaped through the barrier, which caused her to have an asthma attack.
