Narrative

An employee had just finished working on top of a main engine, tightening bolts to the exhaust system. He was climbing down the main engine when he slipped and fell to the next lower level (approximately 6-7 feet). His torso struck a guardrail and he suffered a ruptured spleen, requiring hospitalization.
