Narrative

An employee was standing on a 6-foot ladder making repairs to an approximately 25' tall x 10' wide x 15' deep air rotation unit when an explosion occurred and knocked him from the ladder. Flames erupted from the unit, causing third degree burns to his face. He was hospitalized.
