Narrative

On January 10, 2018, at approximately 8:00 AM, an employee was removing a mandrel from a press using a hoist and a J-hook when the mandrel became disconnected from the J-hook and fell on the left lower leg (shin) of the employee, causing an avulsion. The employee was hospitalized.
