Narrative

An employee had helped to load a backhoe onto a trailer and was walking toward the front of the trailer to get down. The employee was walking under the outrigger of the backhoe when the chain snapped and knocked the employee off of the trailer onto the ground. The employee suffered a ruptured spleen and internal bleeding.
