Narrative

On January 25, 2018, an employee was steering a scrap tractor that was brought in on a trailer while another employee was pulling the tractor with an excavator. The tractor rolled backwards, pinning the employee between the excavator bucket and the tractor steering wheel. The employee suffered torso contusions and was hospitalized.
