Narrative

An employee had entered a belt conveyor motor room to troubleshoot it when his right jacket sleeve was caught on the conveyor belt, pulling his arm into and between the conveyor belt and drum tensioner. He suffered a broken hand, wrist, and arm and a dislocated elbow, requiring hospitalization.
