Narrative

Employees were replacing a pump at a gas well site. After set up, the pump jack was not pulling gas from the well. A cable was hooked up to the pump jack to move it slightly. As the cable was pulled, the pump jack tipped over onto an employee breaking the employee's tibia and fibula.
