Narrative

An employee was using a magnetic drill press to drill holes into a C-channel. The employee was trying to hold the press in place with a strap, which was wrapped around the employee's left hand and became caught in the drill. The strap then crushed the employee's left index finger, resulting in a partial amputation above the knuckle.
