An employee was operating an electric pallet jack. A different employee had backed his lift out of a trailer and left the forks slightly raised. The employee on the electric pallet jack ran into the raised forks, striking his right leg and catching it between his pallet jack and the raised forklift forks. He suffered a compound fracture to his right leg.
