Narrative

An employee was cleaning at the exterior rice bins when the employee attempted to clean a drag conveyor. The employee's left hand was in the conveyor when it started, breaking the employee's left hand and forearm. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery. The conveyor was unguarded at the time of the incident.
