Narrative

An employee entered a scrap dumpster to remove metal scrap. As he was attempting to remove metal scrap, an aluminum table in the dumpster fell, striking and knocking him down into the bottom of the dumpster. He was pinned by the aluminum table and unable to free himself, suffering a head contusion and back injury/strain. He was hospitalized.
