Narrative

At approximately 11:15, an employee was stepping up onto a curb in front of the elevator lobby on the G2 level of the garage when he slipped on a wet walkway and fell onto his knees. After he fell, he could not bend his knees or get up. He tore a knee tendon and was hospitalized.
