Narrative

On April 10, 2018, at approximately 10:40 a.m., an employee was working from a bucket truck, installing a cable to a new utility pole, when his left shoulder made contact with a primary power line. His clothing then ignited, resulting in third degree burns to his left shoulder, neck, and face. He was hospitalized.
