Narrative

An employee was conducting a climbing try-out on an obstacle course. During his descent from the climb, he let go of his climbing rope. The climbing rope's carabineer became detached from his rigger's belt, and he fell into the base containment box, suffering a right lung contusion, lumbosacral sprain, and paresthesia to his extremities. He was hospitalized.
