Narrative

On April 21, 2018, at approximately 11:30 a.m., an employee was on top of a walk-in freezer performing contracting electrical work, installing J-hooks and cables on the inside of a rooftop, when he fell 23 feet to the concrete floor below, damaging his ankles and back.
