Narrative

An employee was cleaning remaining asphalt out of the corners of a buggy hopper with his back to a delivery truck. When the buggy moved forward, the employee was caught between the buggy and the delivery truck. The employee sustained a broken hip, bruising and abrasions to the right leg and an abrasion on the left leg.
