Narrative

An employee was cleaning her workstation and organizing her files when a section of the acoustical ceiling (tiles and grid), adjacent light fixtures, and portions of the plaster ceiling above suddenly collapsed due to a prolonged, concealed steam leak that weakened the fastener connections.
