Narrative

On May 8, 2018, at 10:30 p.m., a temporary employee was operating a standup powered industrial truck. When turning at an intersection, the forklift skidded toward the corner of a wall. He attempted to stop the vehicle with his foot, but it was crushed between the truck and wall. His foot/leg suffered multiple fractures, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
