Narrative

On May 18, 2018, an employee was performing rooftop work with a coworker when the coworker left the roof to get a drill from a vehicle. The employee walked to the neighboring building's metal roof, stepped on a fiberglass skylight, and fell through to the concrete below. The employee was hospitalized with a shattered left elbow and fractured left arm.
