The employee had to fold the booms to leave the field, and an outrigger breakaway weld had broken on one boom, requiring manual effort to fold it. The employee was using a ratchet strap to help fold the boom when the employee's hand/fingers were caught in a pinch point, resulting in the amputation of two fingers.
