Narrative

An employee was installing a motor onto an assembly using a bridge crane. The stabilizing bolt was removed and the motor swung and struck the employee's face and chest. The motor swung back and struck the employee in the back. The employee sustained a laceration to the face, a broken clavicle and fractured ribs.
