Narrative

An employee was unloading cargo off a trailer. The employee removed the retention strap from a pallet leaning against the wall of the trailer. As the employee walked by the pallet, it fell to the floor, pinning the employee's foot between the pallet and the trailer floor. The employee sustained fractures to his foot and ankle.
