Narrative

On June 6, 2018, at approximately 7:15 a.m. an employee was removing the operator's seat from an off-road dump truck to perform maintenance on the seat's air ride suspension. While removing the seat from the cab, the employee lost his footing and fell 6.5 feet to the ground. The employee suffered compression fractures to multiple vertebra and was hospitalized.
