Narrative

An employee was standing in front of the ice cream trailer preparing to load ice cream onto the straight truck. He turned and reached into the trailer to pull out the ramp. At the same time the employee was reaching into the trailer, the truck continued to back up and struck the injured employee on his left side pinning him between the trailer and the straight truck. The employee sustained a lacerated spleen and liver.
