At 11:00 a.m. on June 21, 2018, an employee was preparing equipment for transport. The equipment shifted as he tried to remove a piece of metal from it, and his fingers were caught between the top of an A-frame ladder and the metal piece. He suffered a crushing injury and laceration, and was hospitalized.
