Narrative

At 6:45 a.m. on June 30, 2018, two employees were rebuilding a truck's transmission. They started the truck after replacing the bearings. The back shaft caught one employee's hair, pulling his scalp away from his head and partially amputating one of his ears. He was hospitalized.
