Narrative

An employee was scanning parcels outside of a delivery address when an axel broke on a large catering truck riding on the freeway and a tire flew off the vehicle, hitting the employee's face, head, and chest. The employee suffered a broken nose, broken ribs on both sides, and broken vertebrae.
