On 07/23/2018, at approximately 8:55 AM, an employee slipped and fell approximately 4 feet off a flatbed while attempting to secure a dozer that had recently been loaded on the flatbed. The employee suffered a fractured hip and shattered foot. It was raining at the time of the incident.
