Narrative

An employee was cutting hay when the cultivator jammed with weeds. The employee got off the cultivator to remove the weeds. As the employee was removing weeds from the implement, the cultivator moved forward and pinned him, causing contusions to his leg and torso. It was turned on at the time of the accident.
