Narrative

An employee was watching as equipment ripped curbing from the side of a roadway when a piece of the curbing became lodged between the middle blade and the wheel of the curb removal equipment. When the wheel was turned, the piece of asphalt was ejected and struck the employee's chest, breaking ribs.
