Narrative

An employee was on the roof (new two story house) fixing an incorrectly installed metal flashing. As he was lifting the metal flashing to add a peel stick, a roof drip edge flashing came out of its box and landed on his left hand, resulting in the amputation of his left middle finger from the first joint.
