Narrative

An employee was cutting quartz material at a 45-degree angle with a stone grinding machine when the machine jammed. The blade then caught the back part of his right hand, cutting a tendon. The grinder also caught the left sleeve of his shirt, resulting in abrasions to his shoulder.
