Narrative

An employee was in the shower room attempting to reach the top shelf of a cabinet to obtain a shower cap for a resident who was taking a shower. The cabinet (which is approximately 6 to 7 feet tall) began to tip and fall on the employee, causing her to fall against a trash container.
