Narrative

Two employees were moving a one-man lift into a traveling position. The employees leaned the lift backwards 45 degrees in order to move it. The injured employee thought it was going to fall on him and he lifted his right leg to kick the lever down and his leg buckled causing the lift to fall on him. His left leg buckled resulting in a dislocated patella and torn ACL.
