Narrative

An employee was operating a feeder that laminates Styrofoam panels to produce garage door insulation. She was feeding the Styrofoam panels and sheets of film into the feeder when her glove was caught and her right hand was pulled into the machine. She suffered contusions and swelling of the hand and wrist.
