Narrative

On August 18, 2018, an employee was cleaning a gymnasium after a summer graduation ceremony when the employee's right hand became entangled in a tarp that was being automatically rolled up by a tarp-rolling machine. The employee suffered a broken right forearm, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
