Two employees were using survey equipment to set a center line measurement in a cross-over median section of the roadway when a vehicle drove across the roadway at a hard 45-degree angle and struck both employees. One employee suffered a knee injury and abrasions, while the other employee suffered a clavicle fracture and laceration.
