An employee was delivering sodium hypochlorite (bleach) to a customer by tanker truck. The customer directed the employee to the incorrect unloading station, and the sodium hypochlorite was unloaded into a hydrofluorosilicic acid tank. The chemicals were incompatible and produced chlorine gas, which the employee inhaled.
