Narrative

An employee was using an air wand to align a conveyor belt when the belt caught and pulled the air wand, sending the employee's hand into the equipment. The employee suffered a laceration to the left-hand little finger, resulting in a partial amputation of the fingertip. The conveyor was energized and running at the time of the incident.
