Narrative

An employee climbed onto a flatbed truck to rearrange pallets and create space for another pallet. The wooden pallet the employee was moving broke and the employee fell approximately 4.5 feet to the ground, hitting his head on a paved surface. He suffered head trauma and was hospitalized.
