Fractures

A maintenance employee was troubleshooting/inspecting a section of a roller conveyor line on a third-level catwalk that was not functioning correctly. He was sitting on the catwalk with his legs hanging over the edge when an automated transfer car system on the second level (directly below the third-level catwalk) traveled beneath the catwalk and pinned his legs between the upper portion of the transfer car and one of the support beams of the catwalk. He was hospitalized with two fractured bones in his lower right leg.
