Narrative

An Aerotek contract employee was helping a press brake operator position a 4-foot by 2-foot metal sheet, weighing about 35 pounds, in a press brake. The contract employee's right index finger was pinched between the metal part and the press brake support, causing an amputation of the right index fingertip.
